Cancellation policy

The policy that applies to your booking is the one shown on the property listing and in the booking tool at the time of payment. It prevails. It is the same for all our properties.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival

• Up to 30 days before the arrival date: free cancellation, full refund, excluding any payment fees.
• Less than 30 days before arrival: the refund follows the terms shown in the booking tool at the time of payment, which prevail.

Business and long stays

Cancellation terms for monthly stays and company bookings are specified in the quote.

How to cancel

In writing, from the confirmation email or at contact@boostlocpro.fr. The date taken into account is the date your message is received. Refunds are made to the payment method used.

Changing dates

Dates can be moved free of charge subject to availability, if the request is made more than 30 days before arrival.

Tourist tax

In case of cancellation, the tourist tax is refunded in full.
